This is a great new pair of padded cycling shorts made in the USA by Voler. Navy blue, yellow, red and white. Elastic waist stretches from 22 to 32 inches. Inseam is 9 1/2 inches and leg openings with gripper elastic are 15 1/2 inches, both un-stretched measurements. 8 panel construction. Nice pad. Made from Polyester, Nylon and Lycra.
