You can place an order via the shopping cart and pay be paypal or credit cards (VISA/MASTER/AMEX). Or you may email or SMS us your order, and we can arrange other payment mode, like ATM transfer.
We charge a base shipping and handling fee of S$5 within Singapore. Each additional Item is charged an additional $1.
For bulk items, please enquire.
For very small item, your could request us to mail it to you via Sing Post at min S$2 charge, subject to delay as it takes time to arrange a visit to the Post Office.
International buyer, we ship your item via registered mail from Singapore Post. If you need an estimate, please contact us.
If I do not have a paypal account, how do I proceed?
If you do not have a credit card, we can accept direct bank deposit or ATM transfer. Please email us at 70.3im@bgs.com.sg with the product code and we will provide you the bank account no. to do the transfer. For faster respond please SMS us at +65 914 222 54.
Paypal is the safest way to pay by credit card, VISA, MASTER or American Express.
Yes we can let you self collect if you order more than one (1) item, regardless of value. Please SMS us to arrange the time and place for collection. This is subject to our availability.
Can I return or exchange the item?
Yes, I accept return of the item if it arrived torn or broken. However, I do not accept return or exchange if it is the wrong color or size. This must be done no more than 7 days from the time you received the item.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the shipping costs back to us.
Refund is done if you paid for your order by paypal or credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear in your paypal account or on your billing statement.

How long until I receive my order?
Usually once the order is in and paid. We shipped within the day or the next business day. It roughly take one day for courier to deliver to your location. Courier service always arrived at your location in the afternoon. Please ensure someone is at home/office to receive the courier.
Example A (Monday to Thursday), if order come in before 1000 hrs, item can be couriered within that afternoon. Else the following day.
Example B (Friday to Sunday), all weekend orders will be delivered on Monday afternoon.

For other delivery via Sing post is subject to mail delivery time line.
I am sorry we cannot entertain trying and viewing of the gear as I do not own a retail shop, that why we can keep the cost low and pass the saving to you. If there is any specific measurement you like me to make on the gear, I would gladly do it. Please let me know.
